I think it's totally case by case. I mean, you kind of pointed out, like I'm gonna educate each case and look at it. Like I think every public, every problem is different. Brian Hanlon looked at it and he realized like trying to jam yourself through 100 city council meetings is just not a scalable or effective approach. And so he stood up in the organization to go through Sacramento. The person who's in charge of that is Matt Weiner who was point person for managing the California congressional delegation. He's a really seasoned hand, both in state and federal politics.
