The floating ip thing is a big, big part of that, right word. They don't have a static ip assigned to them. The ip is like, kind of changing all the time. There are ways around that where you can set up a top level sa names called, what's a sea name, flattening? You can justan point a domain instead of an ip address. What else? Support is very, very tricky when there is a intermediary that is trying to do more stuff in the middle.
