How to Interact With Freezer
Freezer is one of those really advanced features that you only use if you have a very specific use case. What happens is when you insert tasks inside of a C group, so a bunch of PIDS, you can then actually use Freezer to put a halt to all of those processes at once. So this is something that I'd say like 99% of people are never going to interact with. It's kind of a similar mechanism to taking a dump of a database where it stops everything for a moment in time and takes a consistent snapshot.
