Is It Cone Opsin or Photopsi?
Scientists are bad at naming molecule suty, pretty much. I don't than they got lazy after a while. But this might surprise you. Map the opsine molecule found in rod cones is called rod opsin. And is it cone opsin, or is it just, it's actually photopsi? That's all me e knowing. So seeing a star is actually letting your eye know you're not not seeing anything any more. that's exactly right.
