Are You Going to Flip a Coin?

CNN's John Sutter asked 20,000 people to flip a coin and decide whether or not to leave their jobs. He found that those who chose to leave were much happier six months later. "Once you're in it and it's fine, you can't leave," he said of the cost fallacy.
