The Dollar Is Having a Tumble Down, Is It Getting Back Up?

The dollar has been consolidating for a long time now, between 89 and 97 or so. There's renewed fears of cushing, oklahoma, going dry, ind not having enough oil in physical inventory to settle the march contract,. That's what i think is driving a lot of this upside price pressure. We're overdue for some kind of pause or pull back. And i think even that pause or pullback mit be delayed.
