As a front line practitioner, i'm perplexed by the lack of diagnostic tools. We're we're really practising a rudimentary style of medicine - it's worse than that. It would be possible to give physicians tools in which you could get dob profiles within ours. That's moden day or itis. It's just expensive. So it's a matter of investmentate.
