How Do You Unload Your Mind?
I still was using my mind as the receptacle for absolutely every problem and project that was a part of my day. And when you compound that with the personal drama of people's lived experience in the world, it was just, at times, overwhelming. So what behaviour changed? Did you start to do to unload your mind?
