How to Draft a Productive Struggle Startup
Matt: "I like to try to experiment with productive struggle and I just can't seem to fully engage on it" In a startup draft, you are not necessarily trying to draft a team that's going to win a championship year one. Your goal is to more get younger assets, but a bunch of them in order to set yourself up for a long term run two to three years down the road. Matt: "You almost have to be ready for it not to work because if you go that route, it can blow up in your face."
