China's Business Relationship With Russia?

I think it's understandable for Chinese leaders to feel increasingly insecure, especially after in the wake of the Ukraine war. So basically what China wants is an alternative version of global security, which is led by China and like-minded countries such as Russia, Iran and North Korea. I don't know whether it's a good idea to put forward a certain idea at this time,. Given China's economic clout will be more appealing for China to propose a trade investment program than security programs led by China. That seems to be maybe the alternative that they're trying to push.
