Going Through the Waters of the Reed Sea
In the early Genesis narratives, you don't get a sense of being passed a river as a boundary point. To go into the Garden Land, they're going to have to go through the waters. And then it turns out, pass by a cherubim holding a sword. That happens in Joshua. They go through the water and by the fiery sword. But that's Joshua. In Deuteronomy 1 through 11, there's this phrase, Moses says, so that you may make your days long in the land. It's about long life in the garden land. Yeah.
