To day she is designed to create a little bit of an awareness. And it's through this awareness that i believe we can make the most effective changes in our lives. So, again, referencing mister verplankin, what's important here is habits. It's not motivation that makes change tick. Motivation is temporary and waning at best. What's important are habits. Small daily changes are the things that equal the biggest changes in your life overtime. The deeper you go and the more honest you are with yourself, the better.
