Brian Livingston: It's really good to have one of the gels, whether that's the normal gel or the gel caffeine. And then maybe if it's extra long, a gel along with the drink mix during the session and then afterward a solid sea bar to help with recovery. I would also argue too, that there's definitely merit to pre-fueling as well.
