Chic-Scent-Bhi found three distinct elements of problem finding. Sensitization refers to developing an awareness of problems or areas that merit attention and investigation. Restructuring involves reframing problems by shifting perspectives or altering the way they are conceptualized. Evaluation involves assessing the importance, relevance and feasibility of potential problem definitions.
