The Importance of Conviction in Business

I believe I have like a very intuitive feel about where the world is going and where what people are doing and going to do. The big turning point for me here was and where I like had be bold conviction was at the point where I you know the company was operating in one direction. It's really easy to have conviction when you have the exact data from customers that are saying hey I want to do these things and you're not doing them for me so that was where I had a lot of conviction  and then we were getting ten to fifteen dollars in pipeline for every dollar we spent on Facebook ads.
