The Tracking Survey and the Attitudinal Effect
The more we started putting hats into different products and seeing react, users reactions, and what happens or doesn't happen after we launched a change, it taught us more about sort of making sure that we're focusing on the right constructs. And sometimes, like a prepost may not be the most effective way to evaluate a change. So that's where we've incorporated doing a b experimentation with hats. In addition to looking at the behavior effect, we for for a new version product, we can evaluate the attitudinal effect.
