The Uncertainty and the Customer Driven World

There are five dimensions of the mindset. One is a goal that this is about creating value for the customer, not extracting value for the shareholder. It's about enabling others to, to do things rather than controlling them and telling, telling them what to do. Thirdly, it's about accepting this uncertainty in the world and proceeding in an iterative fashion towards the eventual solution. And, and finally, it's communications. Interaction at all levels rather than telling peopleWhat to do. Those five dimensions flow from this uncertainty and a customer driven world which we don't know what the future is going to look like.
