How to Take a Protein Shake to Workout

I'm a slow caffeine metabolizer, so I would literally be vibrating that whole morning. The post-workout should have creatine if they're working out and trying to build muscle. Give your body about an hour or so to kind of calm down and settle after the workout before you introduce a protein shake. We're just doing it subcutaneous repair within the muscle because we need to repair tissue as soon as possible.
