What's So Crazy About the Milk Cartel? Is It Just Another Example of Perverse Incentives?

The way the milk cartel works in Canada is just so completely insane. Because of course, you're going to get one misallocation of capital and capital destruction. But also you're just going to mean that the market can't equilibrate and meet the needs of all the demand signals coming at them. And it's a shame because as many people end up not being able to cope with it,. become so stressful, become so difficult to make a living and people give up.
