The Key Idea of Making Conversations

The book has seven chapters, each one kind of outlying a different aspect of how you can use creativity to have a better conversation. The key idea is that we don't believe we should be applying constructs to conversation. In many cases, conversations don't flow or they don't get to the things we need to get. And when we change the rules of conversation, we get really different kinds of conversations.
