Collaboration Among Banks to Combat Scams

First, the good news. Australians lost less money to scammers in the last year than they did the previous year. But the bad news is that the number of scam attempts continues to rise.

Chris Sheehan spent 27 years with the Australian Federal Police. He's now Executive, Group Investigations at National Australia Bank, and takes Sean Aylmer through the five scams to watch out for this year.
