The offshore model has been developing for a long time, certainly accelerated. But now you don't even need that type of model where you have centers because there's a lot of companies who can take an approach that is remote first. So I think it's part of the same sphere of fostering innovation. And if the US is going to continue to be the sort of intellectual capital output of the world, we probably need to think about that.
