What You Learned From Your in-Depth Single-Cell Sequencing of Hydra

Alex Shear and his team did an in-depth analysis of hydro development using another tool that everybody's using these days, single-cell transcriptomic analysis. They also made a complete map of the nervous system of Hydra; it has maybe 12 subtypes. And so we think moving forward, we can really manipulate the nervous system with our transgenic approaches to understand how this nervous system gives rise to different behaviors.
