The Importance of Taking Breaks

I've certainly struggled with those moments where we're not making the progress we need to. And I mean, I think we've all struggled with that. There's also an epidemic of busyness affecting us alongside everything else. We feel a bit exhausted trying to continue to work on this big challenging issue. So looking after ourselves taking breaks, then coming back at it and letting that be OK is part of it.
