How I Reacted to the Conversation in the Climate Movement
I've always been really, I guess because they used the kitchen table conversation model. And maybe because of that, I'd built up a friendship with a woman who lived in Wurringa,. She contacted me when she was at Climate for Change about whether or not we could use that model in Wurreda. At the time, her thought had been, get everyone to join the Liberal Party and pre-select someone else. But the Liberal Party changed its voting rules. They couldn't be members for two years to be part of pre-selections. That couldn't work anymore. So things moved so quickly, that they didn't use the Climate for Change model in the end. But
