Sand Dunes in the Sahara

The Sahara is a collection of individual sand seas, often connected with streams of dunes migrating from one to the next. Deserts are sandy because a basin has been filled with sand which has been blown there by the wind. But listen to Andy thinks that if sandy deserts haven't always been sandy there ought to be some signs of previous life. And it turns out there are.
