The thing that we always have to remember is that the patients have their best interests in mind, which is they want to get better. And so addressing whether they think that they can take an oral antibiotic three times a day or whether they can get transportation to an infusion center are really important. Once you reach an agreement, especially if you're going to reach an agreement on something like oral antibiotics, then you want to really help facilitate close follow up in the clinic and have things set up in the situation of an unplanned discharge.
