The Republican Party's Failure to Eject Donald Trump From Its Midst
The Republican Party has failed to eject this irritant from its midst and in the end has embraced him all heartedly. Most of the other candidates, including his near survival wandersantis, are completely reluctant to attack him or call out his errors. They're so fearful of that large section of the Republican Party who are fanatically supportive of Trump. It's more than that, isn't it? It's also reflective of the wider polarization of American politics. Those voters are actually as afraid of the Democrats, as the Democrats are afraid of them.
