The Best Way to Learn MMA Is to Go to a Muay Thai Academy

We're as good at evaluating male formitability as evaluating female fertility or beauty. So we're leaking these cues, we're sending these signals all the time. And this stuff is hard to fake. You've got to learn, well, you don't have to. But that takes time and it can be very intimidating to walk into those things. I would start with either Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai. And then from there, you can go into MMA. We'll teach either all three or two of the three.
