Is There a Future Generation Protection Mechanism?
There are quite a few different mechanisms available on renan aruco and leoni cosna, who both work at l pp. 81 of the present constitutions protect future generations in one way or another. Some i think, are more exciting than others, because they apply more generally with regard to future generations. But there's also lots of uncertainty on and lots of space for research, to be honest. Iam far from being an expert in that er, but i cannot imagine any jurisdiction out there that does not have any general laws regarding the safe development of technologies.
