Cognitive behavior therapy is a great tool, and but not a lot of therapists practise it or offer it. It's now the most researche form of psychotherapy in history. When i wrote feeling good, there were only about a dozen of us in the world,. And it was just considered quackery. But we're actually moving beyond c b t now with the new team therapy at stanford - which is kind of c b t on steroid type of thing.
