Construction Labor Supply Continues to Be Strong
Home builders are starting to buy land that they're feeling a little bit better. I think we probably will continue to see a very strong demand for construction roles in the next six months, regardless of what happens in the macro economy. There's going to be a lot of institutional investors and builders pivoting and having built to rent inventory so this is where they're building homes and running those homes out.
