How to Approach Promotion Advancement as a Educator

I was lucky where I think I have to give it up to my mentors and sponsors because they are the ones who brought it up. My institution also does have a lot of workshops and webinars designed for early career clinicians clinician educators of how to kind of start to approach it. Taking advantage of those things even if you feel like you're way too early even if it's your six months and you haven't even thought about it just having in the back of your head is really helpful.
