You are much better off squatting with three weights when you're young, maximizing your like size. At that point in tomy, the glutes get they start the whole process. When i started focusing on making my gloots stronger, my squat and my dead lift both got stronger. That's going to allow you to do more, because that allows you tom that helps the balance, right? And also the assist if you need it.
