Introduction
The president of uganda is to blame for high gas prices, according to robert rapier. He has worked engineering in the fuel and oil industry for about 30 years. The underlying oil pros movement is responsible for nearly all of gaslin mot so if you want to know why gas price is increased, it's almost always whele oil prices increase. And while we will answer that question to day, we're going to frame it a bit differently.
