I read how to win friends and influence people post college, because I was kind of having trouble as a millennial connecting with some of the older workforce that was in skilled position. Once I kind of started instilling some of those Carnegie principles in my day-to-day life, those relationships got easier. So now in my role with our association, we have over 900 member organizations throughout all of North America and now into South America.
