The White House's Strategy for Getting Members on Board With the Rule

The next 24 hours are going to be critical. At least one of the four Democrats is going to support this rule because at the end of the day, it was a bill that was negotiated by the leader of the Democratic Party. In this case, it's President Biden and by Speaker McCarthy for Republicans who is still the leader of their party here in the House. They already know they're going to lose some House Freedom Caucus members. That's why, again, they're looking towards the center of their party to really support this bill.
