Is It Possible to Make Claims About Objective Biomedical Facts or Is It Possible?

I think you know my social constructionism is moderate so I'm not a radical or an extreme constructionist and so much as whether a phenomena or things which whose function and significance very much depend on how we collectively or individually look at them. Making claims about objective truths in the scientific biomedical world seem to be more plausible than making claims about objective truth in the social world. So that's really how I settle that tension between a position which appreciates objective biomedical facts but can also appreciate the multiplicity of subjective truths within the social world  I think I try and explore this more in a future podcast not quite sure who to speak to can maybe ask if Martin Kush wants to talk about this with
