Home Owners Associations Are Facing a Big Backlash
The housing market is not going to collapse. But the prices cannot stay beyond people's ability to afford for so long and still have a robust homesales market. So unless you want to own the home you're looking at for ten years or more, i'd say right now in the denver metro area, you set on your hands. I wish you had mentioned how corporate investors like black rock and progress residential are taking home ownership out of the hands of buyers. These corporate investors want to make us all renters, and they are destroying the American dream.
