I think that is a underrated part of choosing a job that you're effective in as well Yeah, I was just thinking back through my last round of interviews before I decided to come here And I actually did something pretty similar to what you're explaining. So I just put together a simple Google sheet that was like company attributes with the variables on the you know Initial column of variables. It's basically having like setting a standard and a bar for yourself about the things that you're not going to tolerate Or not going to be a part of so I think having a deal breaker list is a good strategy too.
