I developed a culture of not lecturing to people that people had grievances, they needed to talk. I encouraged them. If you want to insult me, go ahead and do it. But what i wante is to bring peace. So i would sit and listen and listen for hours. And this was very instrumental in a confidence building and trust building by the people.
