When there is an increasing feeling of impotence or ineffectualness, that part of our attraction towards action is it's a world where there are heroes. And so the reason why the action genre I've been speech to people and amongst others is that it calls you to be a hero. It shows you the motivation of heroism isn't just to defeat evil,. It's to rescue the victim. You therefore the hero has to be altruistic. They've got to be willing to risk or even sacrifice their life with a life of another human being. That kind of altruism is rare indeed.
