"I'm just telling it to the five-year-old me right and that's 30,000 feet like how do I force myself to just admit what I have right now?" she says. "If you just walk through the entire thought of what you thought it might do and where you thought it may go you'd be amazed at how much smarter you are about what maybe your problem is" She adds: "Having the fuck it document or moment helps you now be brave enough to get up above it and see it because sometimes I'll be honest I don't want to go 30,000 miles."
