The Importance of Adaptogens for Resilience

In some ways we are more resilient than our ancestors because of the all of these crazy environmental stressors that we are still living through. But in other ways, we are far less resilient. And so I think right now more than ever, it's important for us to stack conditions to proactively build our resilience. It's not just finding a way to activate that parasympathetic, but to find ways that we're more resilient against when the sympathetic system is active and in control.
