Sanctions Are Not a War Fighting Strategy

The US is turning to sanctions as a war fighting strategy, says Neil MacIntosh. But how much does hurting a civilian population really change political opinion? i see a big tipping point if the government of ukrane falls, and that, you know, ba, back to h r is that? Is that in the cards? And next a week or so, once that happens,  the chance for a good outcome, which is russia goes back to its borders, will be gone.
