Change Is a Change, Isn't It?

Shana: These last several years have showed me i'm a lot more change averse than i was willing to admit. I like changes that i make on my on time line, right? Yes? Who doesn't? But i a little more. There was a phrase that came up in i was reading it, it's like a japanese proverb, sort of, or a zen proverb, its, let go or be dragged. And i had been a, right yaha, ok, far ya. Along with that, a let dead things die. Those two phrases were two that i did not like, and i had to learn on a very deep level.
