Yogatherapy - An Early Clinical Error?
Yogatherapy is different than yoga classes this is very ike one on one, almost a pathogenic. What didn't work for me was actually that mor pathological approach of 'this type of yoga is good for this' And so what really pivoted, and i feel like created a lot more impact in my one on on work, is when i've stopped doing that. I started just getting really curious around, what is this person's body actually showing me ets to happen ing.
