The Last 20 Minutes of the Movie
Three performances i find extraordinary. The two men are great. Herbert nordram, plays a very tough part es you could argue he's under written. He's basically a berista entering the same age range as she is and indecisive about life. And his lovability is crucial to carrying off the movie. I wanted them to be together. It's very primitive reaction, but i had it. That last 20 minutes of the movie took a film that was, for me, somewhat on the fence and turned it into the minor masterpiece that its admirers are saying it is. Gosh. I mean, i really wish i'd taken all that complexity away from the final shot
