Do People Who Work for Insurance Companies Have a Ball?

Rural hospitals in lots of parts of the country are closing down from lack of business. Using tela medicine, i could basically off load a lot of the medical calls happening in large, metropolitan areasto these more rural areas. The challenge i'm wondering about is how do we get insurance companies and large health companies to recognize the potential of tela medicine as it relates to a leveraging under utilized hospitals?
