The Blackstone Model

Aaron: I was telling people inflation is about to go crazy. You want to buy as many assets as you can of anything, but real estate is the simplest because it's going to gocrazy. So in 2020, I end up calling, calling a real estate agent. I said, we need to buy $40 million in properties in the next 90 days. That was the exact model that blackstone put me out of business in in 2013. He says he has been able to use these different lessons to kind of change through the process.
